FAQ (Frequently asked questions)

1. What items do you buy?

We purchase a wide range of antiques and valuables, including:

  • Gold and silver jewellery (modern or antique)

  • Watches (Rolex, Cartier, Omega and others)

  • Coins and medals

  • Silverware and flatware

  • Sculptures and decorative art

  • Collectibles and rare items
The full list can be found on What we buy page. If you’re unsure whether we’d be interested in your item, just give us a call or email us a photo.

2. How do I sell my items to you?

We work by appointment only, ensuring privacy and personal attention. You can arrange a meeting at one of our offices or request a home visit. Once we view your items, we provide a free valuation with no obligation to sell.

3. How quickly will I be paid?

If you accept our offer, payment is made immediately via bank transfer or cash whichever you prefer.

4. Do you charge any fees or commissions?

No. We make direct offers, so you keep the full amount agreed. This means you often receive more than you would through an auction, where seller’s fees can be high.

5. Are valuations free?

Yes. All valuations are free of charge and come with no obligation to sell.

6. How do I know I’m getting a fair price?

We have over 30 years’ experience in the antiques and precious metals trade. We pride ourselves on offering fair, competitive prices-often higher than auction results due to zero commission fees.

7. Is the process confidential?

Yes. All transactions are conducted with complete discretion and professionalism.

8. Can you visit me at home?

Yes. If you have a large collection or prefer the comfort of your own home, we are happy to arrange a private home visit.

9. What areas do you cover?

We are based in Haywards Heath, Sussex, and serve the surrounding towns and counties in the south east. For exceptional items, we can arrange appointments further afield.

10. How do I book an appointment?
